Duncan is an intuitive businessman who has led his own P&L in a highly regulated environment. He will proactively challenge and bring communication excellence, develop strategic, clarity and objectively engage with any leadership team.
Duncan spent his recent executive career in a FTSE business but working directly with numerous ambitious SME (turnover £250k to >£10m) partner firms in the UK Financial Services sector. Following a deliberate lifestyle decision Duncan is now a Non-Executive with London & Country Mortgages who are the UK's top fee free mortgage broker, with strong ethics and customer centricity. During this time he developed extensive strategic, leadership, commercial and governance experience. But he never lost his ‘people touch’ and always topped the company wide survey for staff engagement. He is a strong communicator who understands how to drive growth but also that "the business is the people" and that the customer is, and should be, the ultimate judge of any proposition.
