In our view all businesses should be accredited to at least Cyber Assurance standard. Here's why.....
IASME Cyber Assurance takes a risk-based approach, and includes key security aspects such as incident response, asset management, people management, physical controls and GDPR compliance. A wide range of UK and international industry sectors now accept the Level 2 IASME Cyber Assurance certification as an alternative to other international standards. This is a significant step towards reducing barriers to entry for smaller organisations, giving SMEs an authentic way to prove compliance.
The IASME Cyber Assurance certification is available on two levels:
Level 1 - Verified Assessment
Applicants are given access to a secure portal to
complete their application and provide details
against the question Set.
IASME Cyber Assurance Level 1 helps organisations achieve an excellent level of information security. It is particularly applicable to SMEs who wish to demonstrate to clients and business partners that they manage information and data securely. IASME Cyber Assurance Maps to the Government’s 10 Steps to Cyber Security &
NIS Directive.
Level 2 - Audited
Involves an audit of your processes, procedures and controls required by the standard. The audit is independent and conducted by an assessor from our partners RightCue. You must complete the IASME Cyber Assurance Level 1 certification before progressing to the Level 2 audit and hold a valid Cyber Essentials certificate throughout the IASME Cyber Assurance certification.
IASME Cyber Assurance is very affordable even for small business and can add real value as well as opening new doors, and helping to keep your data safe.
