Our common interest is in building businesses to maximise medium term profitability and business value. To achieve this we use the experience we have gained over many years in growth businesses.

 

Nick Richards

NICK RICHARDS

Nick has been in business for over 30 years at board level, as Commercial Director, Managing Director, Non-Executive Director and Chairman.

Nick comes armed with a wealth of experience in business planning, growth, fund-raising, structure/restructure, mergers & integration, acquisitions and company sales, international business, sales and marketing including brand creation and development. Nick has successfully founded, grown and sold companies and understands the issues facing fast-growing businesses. He also helps companies with personal development of senior managers, helping them to prepare and thrive in their roles. Nick also has significant experience in the hospitality, distribution, retail and wholesale sectors.


John Panczak

JOHN PANCZAK

John has over 25 years of business experience as Finance Director, Commercial Director and Chairman.

John is a Chartered Accountant and has experience of building businesses, JV’s, M&A, generating high quality revenue streams, negotiating contracts, raising finance, and a float on AIM. John has significant experience in technology including software services, technology licensing and the biotechnology sectors.

Steve Bird

He has a unique combination of large business acumen and process coupled with start-up expertise and drive; having founded and successfully sold three of his own technology businesses, in the IT, Telecoms and Software space

 

 

Duncan Crocker

Duncan_face (3)Duncan has extensive experience in highly regulated FTSE top 40 businesses, reporting at CEO/Board level for 20 years, and has now transitioned to non-executive roles.

Duncan brings extensive strategic, leadership, commercial and governance experience, is a strong communicator and advocate for staff engagement and customer focus.

In his recent executive roles Duncan worked extensively with numerous ambitious SME (turnover £250k to >£10m) partner firms in the UK Financial Services sector.

 

Andrew Monnery

Andrew has over 25 years’ business experience including Commercial Director, Business Operations Director and Strategy Director.

Andrew is a Chartered Engineer and has experience of business development, contract negotiation, product management, operational planning and budgeting, governance, strategy and M&A. Andrew has significant experience in the technology sector.

 

 

Galvin Mould

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAGalvin is a senior Non-executive Director, Interim Manager and Consultant with over 35 years’ experience in international sales, marketing, product development, manufacturing and general management in global medtech companies. Galvin specialises in IP and innovative technology commercialisation, mainly working with venture capital backed entrepreneurs/medical device companies to accelerate new product marketing and international growth.

Galvin also advises venture capital firms on medtech investments, and is a member of the British Institute of Surgical Technologists and the Chartered Institute of Marketing

David has over 25 years experience within the hospitality sector having held the position of CEO Macdonald Hotels & Resorts for 7 years. He has significant experience in leading Executive teams to maximise operational & individual performance.

David has now taken on an Executive Chairman role and has also qualified as an Executive Business coach, supporting Executives & emerging leaders to reflect on their personal development in order to realise the potential of their business.

 

William Priest

Photo_of_William (3)William has over 20 years senior executive experience as Operations Executive, Vice President for Product, Marketing and Strategy, and EMEA Managing Director.

William has extensive experience in IT solutions sales, marketing and product management, having worked for both solution integrators and top tier global consultants, including companies such as Verizon, Macquarie Telecom, Airwave Solution, EY, PWC and IBM Global Service.

William is now Chairman of a Wireless Broadband SME and is also helping a number of early stage hi tech companies, in cloud, mobility and green technologies.

 

David Bradshaw

David headshot 2010 (3)David has over 25 years’ experience at board level as Vice President of Carrier Sales, and General Manager and VP for EMEA. David has worked for Newbridge Networks, Riverstone and Tekelec.

David has gained a wealth of experience in sales and senior sales management within the EMEA and India areas. He brings strong experience and an extensive contact base to help clients assess go to market strategies and value propositions, and to create a sales planning culture to improve sales performance.

 

Eric Livingstone

Eric has over 25 years’ experience in senior positions in leading and motivating large multi-disciplinary teams in a public sector environment covering Highway Infrastructure, Waste Management, Enforcement, Emergency & Resilience Planning and Crime & Disorder.

Eric brings experience in operational management, commercial management and project delivery which extends to working in collaboration with other agencies such as the Emergency Services, Environment Agency, Utility Companies and the Third Sector.

Eric has been recognised by the Prime Minister for directing responses to operational emergencies and major incidents.

 

We also work with a team of selected specialist partners who can offer additional services, such as Human Resources, IT and website Consultancy, Corporate Finance, Secretarial services and more.
